The protection of your privacy is of big importance to us. We therefore process your data solely on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TA 2003). In this privacy statement, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing through our website.
Contacting us
If you use a contact form on the website, or contact us via email, your data will be stored for the purpose of answering your request and for the case of follow-up questions. We won’t share this data without your consent.
Storing data
Please note that data you provide for the purpose of user, activity and order registrations as well as membership applications will be stored for processing these registrations and to process subsequent contracts.
The data you provide are necessary to prepare and fulfil contracts. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data will be transferred to uninvolved third parties. Within the framework of fulfilling a contract, data may be shared with our payroll accounting resp. tax consultancy offices, to comply with our social security and tax obligations, as well as to the processing banking institution to process payments. Furthermore, data may be shared with clients, project collaborators and, if applicable, funding bodies.
In the case of conclusion of a contract, all data resulting from this contractual relationship will be stored for the required duration according to tax law (7 years).
Newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter on our website. For this, we need your name, email address and your consent to receive the newsletter. Every newsletter contains an option to unsubscribe. Simply click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter.

For this purpose, cookies are used that allow the analysis of the website usage by its users. Information thus generated is transferred to the server of the service provider and stored there.
Your data is only processed if you have consented. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized. This only allows a rough localization. All data processing is based on legal regulations according to § 96(3) TA as well as Article 6(1)(a) (Consent) of the GDPR. Web analytics user data is stored for the duration of 26 months.
Your rights
You fundamentally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, limitation, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you think that the processing of your data infringes upon privacy protection laws or that your right to privacy has been harmed in any other way, please contact us. In addition, you may file a complaint with the regulating authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
