Our project “Smart Portal” is supported by the Digifonds of the AK Vienna. The project includes the development of an individual software for the work management of Smart, as well as an area dedicated to the Smart Community. This area includes networking possibilities by publishing user profiles as well as a bulletin board to search and share resources and jobs. Facts, figures, documents concerning the cooperative are also published here for the members, as well as current topics discussed in the cooperative.

 

At the beginning of 2022, we successfully merged our project with the digitalization push of Smart Germany. Merging the projects was labor-intensive, but we see many advantages in it:

 

– We save resources

– Some modules have more functions

– The comparisons in the way of working allowed us to learn a lot and to combine best practice examples of both cooperatives

 

The planned launch of the project was by the end of May 2023, unfortunately the completion of the software is a bit delayed. We know that many users and our team of advisers have been looking forward to the release of the new features and improvements and we are very sorry that we have to put everyone off.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has provided feedback and input so far and would like to highlight our user focus group. We hope to be able to continue to count on the feedback of our users. We appreciate your trust and patience very much and will do our best to launch a software that meets as many requirements as possible.
