Starting 2021, we’re switching our registration forms for users, clients, activities and orders, as well as coop membership forms, to a new system. This will simplify and accelerate a lot of processes for both our users and our team. It will eliminate time-consuming manual procedures in our office as well as the necessity to print, sign, re-scan and send forms via email or mail. This is a big step in our road map toward digitization and automation, and it will free up resources for advice and assistance.
All users currently registered with Smart have already received an individual email containing their login credentials for the new forms system (please also check your spam folder!). In the transitional phase we’ll of course also accept registrations sent through the previous forms.
