The new year starts off productively: On January 8 and 9, our colleagues from Smart Germany, Magdalena Ziomek, Marie Reiter and Sebastian Hoffmann visited us in Vienna. All three travelled by night train, and while here, we spent two days together in alternating teams with a dense program until our heads were spinning… After updating each other on the framework conditions of Smarts’ work in the respective countries we exchanged experiences on working processes, communication with members, conception of infosessions, partnerships, team development, marketing and a lot more. Sebastian Hoffmann finished off the meeting with a public workshop on Working in Germany – what to consider?

The two days passed like hours – thanks to the German team for initiating this – we’re looking forward to a sequel either here or in Berlin!
